The pillow arrived in a lovely box which accommodated the whole pillow unsquashed. The pillow was also in a bag which I don't think I can throw away even though I have no need for it because I am using the pillow every day lol. Originally, I had bought the soft medium version but found it was too thin for me and so emailed Scooms who arranged a return and I upgraded to the medium firm pillow. It took me about a week to get used to it actually, but now I sleep very well on it. It has not lost shape and is lovely and plump. Thank you.

Excellent quality Pure Cotton Mattress Protector, it arrived within a few days of ordering and was very well packaged. I washed the item before using, it washed really well as you would expect and fits the bed perfectly. The filling is quite thick and is extremely comfortable to lie on.

Bought it for my Vispring Baronet Superb, really this is a serious protector. Substantial quality and impressive loft. I am very impressed with the weight and construction of this protector. The cotton quilting is thick and provides a lovely, cushioned layer that enhances the feel of my mattress without being bulky. It feels like a high-end, durable piece of bedding that will last for years. Not comparison to others more expensive or slimmer ones.

Excellent quality duvet. Lightweight but affording effective heat control. No rogue feathers. Passed the sniff test on arrival - no smell at all. Perfect.

Nice feel and decent quality. Would have liked an elastic all round like in the 1000 thread Sheridan fitted sheets we also have as it then wouldn't have so much play and less need to tuck under.
