Our perfectly plump pillow is hand-made in Hungary and filled with a special blend of naturally breathable goose down and feather.

## Materials + Care

**Materials**:
- Filling: Hungarian goose down & selected small white Hungarian goose feather.
- Cover: 100% super soft sateen cotton, in 300 thread count with a special tight dust mite proof weave.
- Chamber construction: Medium firm inner core: 15% down + 85% feather; softer outer chambers: 90% down + 10% feather.
- Pillow types: Soft/Medium & Medium/Firm with 600-650 CUIN down fill power.

**Care**:
- Shake and plump up your pillow daily to keep the goose down airy.
- Stand your pillow up each morning and open the window to allow air to circulate.
- Use a pillowcase in a breathable material like 100% cotton or linen and change it once a week or more often. _Synthetics aren't breathable._
- A breathable cotton pillow protector can stop moisture and allergens - Make sure it isn't too tight, affecting the loft and feel of the pillow.
- Wash at 40° every 6-12 months using non-bio (enzyme free) detergent - about a third of the usual amount.
- Tumble dry on low heat. A pillow takes longer to dry than a clothes load. Shake the pillow several times during drying to prevent clumping.

- Replace your pillow every 1 to 2 years for peak support.

## Delivery + Returns

**Clearance delivery**: Despatched within 1-3 days.

- Mainland UK £50+: In one hour time slots via DPD - Free.
- Mainland UK under £50: In one hour time slots via DPD - £3.95.
- Mainland UK Saturday delivery: In one hour time slots via DPD - £9.95.
- Northern Ireland & non-mainland UK: 2-4 day delivery via DPD.
- Europe: 2 to 14 days with DPD or local carrier. (No duties to pay).
- USA, Canada, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia: 3 to 11 days with UPS.

**Clearance returns**:
- 14 day returns: Products must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Inform Scooms within 14 days of purchase and return products within 28 days for a full refund.
- All clearance products are returnable at customer cost. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned. We recommend using a trackable returns service. Scooms will only refund items that we receive.
